This looks like a slightly modified Cherry QQ to me....which makes sense. Some research says Riich was apparently an upmarket sub-brand of Cherry (I guess like a crappier Chinese Infiniti to Nissan-type thing?)

I miss happy little cars with tea saucers for wheels.. we once had such things in the US, and I didn't appreciate what we had. I suppose the counter argument is there have been a few thousand fewer traffic deaths from people not being in one in a high speed crash. Doesn't change the nostalgia..
